These Terms of Service create a legally binding agreement between you and Frostheim. By accessing, browsing, or using our platform in any way, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you find any part of these terms unacceptable, your only option is to immediately discontinue using Frostheim.
Frostheim operates exclusively as a free social casino platform designed for entertainment purposes. We provide social casino-style games that utilize virtual currency possessing no monetary value whatsoever. Frostheim does not facilitate real-money gambling, does not accept deposits, does not pay out winnings, and does not allow any form of wagering with real currency or items of actual value.
Use of Frostheim is strictly limited to individuals who have reached 18 years of age or older. This age requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions. By using this platform, you affirmatively represent that you meet this minimum age threshold. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise the platform's security; using automated software, bots, or scripts; interfering with other users' experiences; attempting to reverse engineer our games or code; using Frostheim for commercial purposes; and any other use not explicitly authorized by these terms.
All content, software, code, graphics, text, designs, logos, and other materials available on or through Frostheim are owned by Frostheim or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Frostheim for personal entertainment only. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or permission to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works.
Frostheim is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We specifically disclaim all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, and those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that Frostheim will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frostheim and its operators, developers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Frostheim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory underlying the claim and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You are solely responsible for your conduct while using Frostheim and for any consequences thereof. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frostheim and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
We reserve the unconditional right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Frostheim or any portion thereof at any time without notice or liability. This includes the right to change game availability, alter features, update content, or completely cease operations. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Your continued use following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Frostheim immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use Frostheim immediately ceases. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to them or to Frostheim shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the appropriate venue for resolution of any disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Frostheim regarding use of the platform.
